Will's Copy Center: Franklin

Shop Dogs
Fox Bradford, official Will's Copy Center greeter

The job of copy center greeter was first held by Milo and later by Franklin. We remember them fondly!

Today, however, we are here to introduce Fox! Fox is a Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, but he does look (and kind of acts) like a fox, so we kept the name he came with. We got him at 9 weeks old, and he's growing up so fast!

Here are the 10 things Fox said everybody should know about him:

  1. It's not my fault – I'm just a BABY!
  2. I may bark when you come in, but what I really want is for you to meet and hold me.
  3. Will is very proud of me and will probably have me meet you... whether you want to or not! I've got so socialize so I can become a really good shop dog!
  4. I like treats. If I don't eat them right away, it means I want to eat them later while I sit with all my favorite toys. I love my toys!
  5. I'm still teething! I won't bite you - but if I like you a lot, I may try to chew on you. I chew on all my favorite things!
  6. So far I'm good with children – I can see they're young too and so I want to run and play with them! If I bark it's because I'm so excited to see others who are young like me!
  7. I'm kind of puzzled about other dogs still. I may bark at your dog if you bring them in. Will wants me to socialize with them too, so if your dog is super friendly Will will ask if I can meet them.
  8. I'm smart, but this potty training thing is hard to figure out! Will takes me outside all the time so if you walk in and I'm not here to greet you I'm out behind the shop in the grass.
  9. Speaking of hard to figure out – what is this "walking with a leash" thing? I think it means Will wants ME to take HIM for a walk, so I grab the leash myself and walk Will around instead. We're working on this.
  10. Yes, it's okay to come in just to meet me. Will wants everyone in town to be my friend, and I think I'd like that too!
